💼 What you will do

• Build and lead Mozilla's UK regional marketing strategy, operating at the intersection of global strategy and local execution. • Drive cultural relevance for Firefox across sports, music, creator, and internet culture in the UK — identifying and engaging with local communities and creators. • Partner cross-functionally with brand, product marketing, media, social, PR, and creative teams to connect activations into broader integrated marketing efforts. • Translate global campaigns and product priorities into culturally relevant UK executions that drive awareness, consideration, and user growth. • Help re-establish Firefox as a relevant, differentiated brand and drive market share growth across the UK.

📋 Job Requirements

• Have 8+ years of deep consumer marketing or brand and cultural marketing experience. • Have a strong portfolio of product launches across tech, sports, and music, with expertise in integrated marketing and go-to-market strategies. • Be deeply connected and passionate in sports, music, creator, entertainment, or culture ecosystems. • Understand fandom, community creators, content, and the energy that drives conversations online and offline. • Be fluent in creator language, community behaviour, internet culture, and modern content marketing. • Be able to move fluidly between building cultural strategy, creative ideation, execution, and measurement. • Have outstanding organisation and project management skills. • Have excellent collaboration skills with a proven track record of leading through influence.

• Have experience creating platform-native content across social and creator channels. • Have experience working with global marketing organisations on regional execution. • Have familiarity with privacy-focused or mission-driven technology brands. • Have experience working across different time zones and cultures in a distributed team.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Partner with the Director of European Integrated Marketing to shape and deliver UK marketing strategies and storytelling. • Build cultural relevance for Mozilla Firefox across sports, music, and UK internet culture. • Identify and engage local communities and creators; create platform-native content. • Translate cultural insights into marketing initiatives that increase brand relevance and consideration. • Lead major UK campaigns, partnerships, and activations end to end. • Ensure every activation feels authentic to both the brand and the community. • Work with insights and analytics teams to measure and optimise marketing impact.
