• Have proven experience in Agile project management demonstrating successful implementation of methodologies.

• Have a strong understanding of technology and its applications, especially in AI and Data Science products.

• Be fluent in English and able to write and speak multiple languages such as German, French, Dutch, or Swedish.

• Lead continual planning processes extending beyond product delivery to post-launch support and benefits realisation.
• Identify and rectify issues in team dynamics, engage in effective feedback, and connect day-to-day work with the product vision.
• Understand and contribute to different phases of product delivery, working with Customer Success and Product Lead for continuous improvement.
• Manage a business analyst and a Customer Engineer.
