💼 What you will do

• Join the Growth and Insights team in Dundee as a Performance Marketing Manager, working on activities that directly generate revenue for the studio. • Take responsibility for UA budgets, make key decisions on bidding, and work closely with an experienced User Acquisition team. • Test and refine what consumers see related to Hutch games across different channels and app stores to increase the player base. • Work in an exciting field that is varied and constantly evolving within mobile gaming.

📋 Job Requirements

• Demonstrate previous experience working as a Performance Marketing Manager in the video games industry. • Have previous experience running campaigns on Facebook, Google Ads, and other networks. • Show experience managing, maintaining, and building relationships with account managers at ad network companies such as IronSource, UnityAds, and DSPs. • Be comfortable running and optimising multiple campaigns. • Hold a degree in Economics, Business, Marketing, or something similar. • Demonstrate strong analytical skills with excellent knowledge of Excel. • Have a passion for working within games, with an understanding of what makes mobile games succeed or fail and audience demographics. • Have previously played a Hutch game and be able to talk about what you like and dislike.

• Bring experience in statistics modelling or other generally useful analytical techniques. • Have knowledge of SQL or any similar languages.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the high-level UA strategy, making decisions on which channels to use, how campaigns are run, and target audiences. • Manage, analyse, and optimise campaigns to ensure the number of players acquired is maximised. • Supervise, mentor, and train Campaign Managers. • Make detailed creative briefs and work closely with the Marketing art team on creative optimisation and generating new creative artwork for campaigns. • Keep up to date with the field to exploit new opportunities. • Help with App Store Optimisation and refine the approach to measuring true ROAS.
