💼 What you will do

• Accelerate the growth of Hutch's flagship motorsports title F1 Clash and help deliver the ambition to be the #1 mobile racing game. • Work on one of the biggest IPs in the world to build, operate, and improve amazing features, systems, and events. • Be entrepreneurial, getting hands-on to test new ideas, set up experiments, events, offers, bundles, and live operations to maximise the game's performance.

📋 Job Requirements

• Demonstrate a track record of Product Management working on free-to-play games. • Have hands-on experience designing, building, and maintaining features and events in games. • Show good knowledge of the free-to-play games market and best practices from top-performing games with an understanding of why they are succeeding. • Communicate well in both written and verbal form with good attention to detail. • Demonstrate a strong drive to succeed with a "get it done" attitude. • Take a scientific approach using logical, data-led hypothesis methods with well-structured thinking built on understanding the connection between a KPI and the changes needed to improve it. • Show analytical ability with experience running and reading out on experiments, feature or live ops launches, and investigating game performance issues.

🌟 Nice-to-have

• Bring experience working with gacha-led and/or midcore games. • Have experience with dashboarding tools such as Amplitude or Tableau. • Demonstrate experience with CRM tools like Braze or Leanplum. • Have a passion for cars or motorsports. • Bring experience with racing games.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Design, scope, and implement features, improvements, and events that result in an outstanding gameplay experience and positively inflect metrics. • Get hands-on to test new ideas, setting up experiments, events, offers, bundles, and live operations to maximise the game's performance. • Use user and competitive research along with performance data analysis to identify opportunities to grow the game. • Partner with other parts of the organisation including Consumer Insights and Product Marketing to maximise the impact of features and events. • Understand and forecast the performance of the game, live ops, and features using dashboards and analysis, communicating this with the wider team. • Be a player champion, paying close attention to the player experience.
