Performance Marketing Manager

• Own and scale Nous's paid acquisition channels — primarily Meta and Google Ads — while aggressively testing and scaling new channels such as TikTok and affiliates. • Build and optimise campaigns daily, manage budgets, develop testing roadmaps, and continuously improve performance against CPA and volume targets. • Design and run structured tests across audiences, creative, bidding, and landing experiences. • Dig into data to diagnose issues, unlock new growth, and clearly explain what the numbers are telling you. • Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to shape what goes to market and improve funnel performance. • Identify drop-offs and opportunities across the funnel and feed insights back into product, creative, and messaging.

• Have managed paid performance channels hands-on — ideally Meta and Google Ads — with accountability for spend, CPA, and volume targets. • Be deeply analytical and structured — you test, measure, and optimise rather than guess. • Have a commercial mindset with an understanding of efficiency, payback, and unit economics. • Be excited by scaling channels while knowing when to be disciplined. • Be highly organised and able to manage multiple channels, experiments, and priorities at pace. • Work well cross-functionally with creative, content, and product teams, giving clear data-backed feedback.

• Have experience with TikTok Ads or affiliate marketing channels. • Have experience running performance marketing for a consumer fintech or subscription product. • Have experience with incrementality testing or advanced attribution methodologies. • Have familiarity with tools such as Amplitude or similar analytics platforms for funnel analysis.
