About the role
💼 What you will do
• PM a growth squad of 5–7 people focused on onboarding and first-switch conversion at one of the UK's fastest-scaling consumer AI start-ups, growing 3,000%+ year-on-year. • Drive the squad toward ambitious objectives: improving onboarding conversion, increasing first-switch success rates, and shortening time-to-value for new members. • Own the full product cycle — Discover, Decide, Deliver, Iterate — writing crisp one-pagers and PRDs, shipping small and often, and measuring impact with clear KPIs. • Partner closely with engineering and design, and collaborate with operations, commercial, and compliance to keep stakeholders aligned. • Work office-first from Nous's Farringdon base, with flexibility to work remotely when heads-down focus is needed.
📋 Job Requirements
• Bring a track record of shipping complex consumer flows end-to-end, such as onboarding, activation, checkout, or switching journeys. • Show the ability to operate well in ambiguity and simplify relentlessly, writing to decide with clear options, explicit trade-offs, and tight documentation. • Bring comfort working with data: funnel metrics, BI tools, and structured experiments, plus the judgement to know when not to A/B test. • Show the ability to maintain alignment without thrash — crisp communication, predictable updates, and pragmatic process across multiple workstreams. • Bring the flexibility to adapt your thinking style to the problem, whether that means sketching a screen, mapping a process, or diving into edge cases with ops.

• Bring depth in product analytics beyond standard funnel reporting. • Bring prior ownership of experimentation programmes at a squad or product level. • Bring experience working with long-running workflow systems or agentic or orchestration-based products.
