Product Manager

• PM a growth squad focused on onboarding and first-switch conversion, driving product success through clarifying problems, choosing the right approach, and shipping iteratively. • Improve onboarding conversion, first-switch success rates, and shorten time-to-value for new members. • Go deep on customer and operational insights — map processes and edge cases to inform product direction. • Frame options and trade-offs clearly; write crisp one-pagers and PRDs to drive alignment and decisions. • Ship small and often, remove blockers, and maintain high engineering velocity within a squad of 5–7 people. • Measure impact with clear KPIs, learn fast, and double down or kill quickly based on evidence.

• Have shipped complex consumer flows end-to-end such as onboarding, activation, checkout, or switching. • Operate well in ambiguity but simplify relentlessly. • Write to decide — clear options, explicit trade-offs, tight documentation. • Work comfortably with data including funnel metrics, BI tools, and structured experiments. • Maintain alignment without thrash through crisp communication, predictable updates, and pragmatic process. • Manage multiple workstreams without dropping context and keep teams moving efficiently.

• Have depth in product analytics and experimentation ownership. • Have experience with long-running workflow or agentic systems. • Have prior experience at a high-growth consumer start-up or AI-native product company.

• Drive the growth squad toward ambitious, high-impact objectives around onboarding and conversion. • Run a tight Discover → Decide → Deliver → Iterate loop with your squad. • Write one-pagers and PRDs that frame options and trade-offs clearly. • Partner closely with engineering and design, and collaborate with operations, commercial, and compliance. • Keep stakeholders aligned with clear communications and sensible rituals. • Define and track KPIs; learn from results and adjust quickly.
