• Be a native-level German, Spanish, French, Dutch, or Italian speaker. • Demonstrate proven Digital PR experience with a strong portfolio of link placements. • Use Ahrefs confidently to shape Digital PR SEO strategy and report on impact. • Show excellent writing and communication skills both internally and externally. • Be highly organised, proactive, and solution-focused — spot challenges early and act fast. • Be passionate about news, media, and SEO. • Collaborate naturally, enjoying bringing others along and helping them grow. • Have worked on international markets or campaigns previously. • Have knowledge of search engines and basic approaches to SEO.

• Bring experience using media list platforms such as Muck Rack and Buzzstream. • Have experience mentoring junior team members or leading skills workshops. • Speak more than one of the required EU languages (German, Spanish, French, Dutch, Italian).

• Lead on the planning and execution of Digital PR campaigns from concept through to coverage. • Use SEO tools like Ahrefs to conduct link intersects, keyword gap analysis, and inform outreach strategies. • Write data-led press releases and story angles tailored to journalists in your native market. • Build and manage custom media lists using platforms like Muck Rack and Buzzstream. • Spot underperforming campaigns and pivot with confidence, refining outreach, angles, or formats. • Monitor relevant news trends and jump on reactive opportunities. • Join client WIPs, support in QBRs, and contribute to campaign strategy as the trusted PR expert. • Mentor Executives on delivery best practices and lead occasional skills workshops. • Regularly meet and exceed link KPIs, contributing to measurable SEO growth for clients.
