Applied AI Engineer

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered solutions at Revolut, leveraging LLMs and other machine learning technologies. • Lead cross-functional teams to build and deploy NLP and AI solutions, including AI assistants and AI automation platforms. • Collaborate closely with Data Scientists and Software Engineers to deliver impactful solutions from conception through launch and beyond. • Deliver measurable results for sophisticated products in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. • Fully remote role, open to candidates across the UK and multiple European countries.

• Experience developing and launching AI products and features from scratch. • High analytical and technical acumen alongside solid business sense and problem-solving skills. • Experience in a data science or machine learning role. • Experience owning machine learning projects from design through implementation and iteration. • Strong Python, SQL, or other programming language skills. • Hands-on experience with deep learning libraries such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch. • Knowledge of version control, model deployment, and developer environments. • Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge.

• Experience with LLM-based product development, including prompt engineering or fine-tuning. • Background leading or managing cross-functional AI or ML teams. • Experience in a regulated financial services or fintech environment.
