GTM Engineer

• 3+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, workflow automation, or a technical RevOps role, ideally at a high-growth, AI-native B2B company. • Direct experience with Salesforce — knows the data model, has built on it, and is comfortable owning changes. • Fluency with AI coding assistants — actively building with these tools, not just experimenting. • Track record of owning end-to-end AI and automation workflows, not just contributing to or consuming them. • Fundamental understanding of APIs and webhooks to integrate third-party systems. • Strong judgment on the build decision — knows when low-code gets 80% of the way there and when it becomes the bottleneck. • Systems thinker with a high-agency, bias-for-action mindset.

• Experience with data enrichment workflows and data provider orchestration across a GTM tech stack. • Background in a Salesforce-adjacent ecosystem — familiarity with objects, flows, and custom development. • Experience at an AI-native or developer-first B2B company where the GTM motion is technically complex.

• Design and maintain the data foundation the Specialist GTM organisation runs on, spanning account and contact data quality, enrichment workflows, and data provider orchestration. • Audit the stack, identify what's missing or broken, and prioritise accordingly without waiting to be handed a roadmap. • Triage field requests, identify quick wins, and ship rep productivity workflows fast. • Know when to go custom — spin up bespoke AI-powered solutions when the problem calls for it. • Integrate third-party APIs to sync events and information across disparate systems reliably. • Document what you build so people can find it, understand it, and trust it.
