Product Owner, UX

• Own a product roadmap end to end — from conception through development, launch, growth, and maintenance. • Work closely with Design and UX teams to define the customer journey and create an amazing user experience. • Drive maximum impact based on data analysis, market research, and company strategy. • Set your team's goals, success metrics, and roadmap to align with company goals. • Fully remote role, open to candidates across the UK and multiple European countries.

• 3+ years of experience at a high-growth tech company or in banking and finance-related business areas such as acquiring, payments, investments, cryptocurrency, or insurance. • 2+ years of proven success leading consumer-facing mobile products. • 1+ years of experience managing people. • Outstanding communication skills. • A strong eye for great UX/UI and an understanding of design best practices. • High analytical acumen alongside solid business sense that guides ROI-based prioritisation. • Experience formulating and driving a focused product vision, and owning the narrative with leadership, customers, and partners. • Experience leading product development and launch from scratch.

• A bachelor's degree from a top university.
