Feature Owner, ADAS

• Take end-to-end responsibility for specific ADAS functionalities such as TFL, High Beam Assist, Blind Spot Monitoring, Rear Cross & Front Cross Traffic Alert, Pre-Safe, Door Open Warning, and Perception for HMI. • Ensure features meet OEM customer requirements, align with internal capabilities and roadmaps, and are delivered to spec across the full feature lifecycle from concept to production. • Collaborate with OEMs, product teams, and engineering teams to define feature scope, set performance targets, and ensure compliance with industry standards. • Serve as the central liaison between OEMs, product teams, and engineering teams for your assigned features. • Proactively identify and address risks before they escalate, maintaining and evolving the strategic feature roadmap as technology progresses toward higher autonomy levels.

• Have expertise in specifying and facilitating ADAS feature delivery from concept to production. • Have an automotive background with experience in automotive processes including requirements management, V-model, ASPICE, quality, and validation. • Have strong customer advocacy and communication skills — able to understand and represent OEM needs, negotiate requirements, and align expectations between customers and internal teams. • Have a technical understanding of ADAS features with the ability to engage in trade-off and feasibility discussions and actively participate in testing, evaluation, and validation.

• Have demonstrated success delivering complete ADAS features into large-scale production automotive programmes. • Have knowledge of automotive quality and safety standards such as ASPICE, SOTIF, FuSa, GSR-II, and DCAS. • Have experience with machine learning, LLMs, or recent generative AI methods and architectures. • Have strong collaboration skills to bridge technical and business perspectives across teams and stakeholders.

• Own specific ADAS features end to end, ensuring on-time delivery aligned with agreed specifications. • Monitor the feature lifecycle from concept to production, addressing deviations promptly. • Collaborate with feature group owners and engineering teams to create feature specifications. • Provide early feedback, participate in testing, and support validation processes throughout development. • Harmonise OEM requests across customers to maximise reusable assets and scalability. • Participate in agile processes and facilitate streamlined cross-functional communication. • Evolve the strategic feature roadmap alongside Wayve's progression toward higher autonomy levels.
