About the role

💼 What you will do

• Join the Growth Engineering team, owning key parts of the user journey into Runna across web and app, turning first-time visitors into long-term engaged subscribers. • Architect, build, test, and ship high-impact user journeys and subscription funnels, with a strong focus on conversion at each step. • Design and run experiments across onboarding flows, paywalls, and plan discovery experiences to improve conversion and engagement. • Implement and maintain instrumentation, tracking, and tooling so the team can understand user behaviour, spot issues quickly, and measure impact with confidence. • Work hybrid from the Vauxhall office three days per week.

📋 Job Requirements

• Bring strong TypeScript/JavaScript experience and a track record of building user-facing product surfaces where conversion and UX matter, such as onboarding flows, paywalls, and landing pages. • Bring 2+ years of experience in your main area of expertise — frontend, backend, or full-stack. • Show skill at delivering features end-to-end: from architecture and implementation through to rollout, measurement, and iteration. • Show comfort working in a fast-paced, iterative environment with lots of experimentation and learning from data. • Bring enthusiasm for iterative development, continuous deployment, test automation, and collaborative cross-functional ways of working.

• Bring experience with Swift or Kotlin for mobile, or Next.js for web experiences. • Bring experience working on growth, experimentation, or funnel optimisation teams. • Bring experience with analytics and experimentation tooling to support A/B tests.
