📋 Job Requirements
• Bring 5+ years of experience working at the intersection of growth marketing, data engineering, and marketing technology.
• Bring deep, hands-on experience with prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and AI agents.
• Bring strong analytics skills including SQL, BI tools, customer segmentation, predictive modelling, uplift modelling, or lifecycle marketing analytics.
• Bring experience working alongside data engineers to deploy predictive models into live marketing environments.
