📋 Job Requirements

• Bring 5+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or cross-channel campaign management, ideally within a global or highly matrixed organisation. • Bring proven experience managing CRM across at least two distinct global regions such as EMEA, APAC, or LATAM. • Bring strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret test results, form new hypotheses, and develop learning agendas. • Bring demonstrated proficiency using AI tools for insight generation, prototyping, and accelerating output. • Bring a global-first mindset with cross-cultural literacy and comfort navigating international stakeholder environments.
