💼 What you will do

• Define what "loyalty" means across different cultures and deploy the right incentives — from points to experiential rewards — to drive long-term LTV across international markets. • Develop and test region-specific incentive structures such as cashback, points, and gamification based on local consumer behaviour and behavioural economics. • Audit existing loyalty frameworks to ensure compliance with local regulations and cultural expectations, and track wallet share against local competitors to maintain a competitive edge. • Use AI modelling to identify at-risk segments in specific markets and deploy preemptive incentive offers to reduce churn. • Work hybrid from the London office two days per week.

📋 Job Requirements

• Bring 5+ years of experience designing, managing, or optimising customer loyalty programmes, incentive strategies, or high-volume retention campaigns. • Bring a deep understanding of behavioural economics and how it varies by culture across international markets. • Bring financial literacy with the ability to manage promotional budgets and burn rates across different currencies and margin profiles. • Bring familiarity with using AI for churn prediction and automated incentive optimisation. • Bring experience working with local vendors for regionalised reward fulfilment.

🌟 Nice-to-have

• Bring experience in the travel, experiences, or consumer marketplace sector. • Bring hands-on experience with loyalty platform technology or points-based programme management at scale. • Bring a track record of designing localised incentive programmes across EMEA, APAC, or LATAM markets.
