📋 Job Requirements
• Have significant experience in data science or a similar quantitative role with a proven track record of influencing a product organisation.
• Have advanced proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Have deep, hands-on experience with statistical modelling, quasi-experimentation, multi-arm bandit approaches, and a wide range of ML techniques including regression, classification, and clustering.
• Have demonstrated ability to define, implement, and operationalise product and feature-level metrics from scratch.
• Have a proactive, collaborative approach with the ability to lead technical discussions and communicate complex insights to cross-functional partners.
• Have experience scaling impact through automated processes, self-service tools, or data products.
