Field Marketing Manager, Startups (EMEA)

• Lead field marketing for the EMEA region partnering tightly with the Startup Sales team as the dedicated hire for the Startups segment. • Design, build, and execute Field and Account-Based Marketing programmes that resonate with a deeply technical audience. • Shape how the next generation of world-changing companies think about building for the AI-native web making Vercel the tech stack of choice.

• Have 5 or more years of experience in field marketing and demand generation with hands-on experience running ABM strategies. • Have marketed to an engineering audience or worked within the AI, devtools, or cloud computing industry. • Have a genuine feel for founder and international startup culture understanding how the best early-stage companies think and what they value. • Have taste and know what a premium experience looks like and be able to execute it at any budget. • Be analytical and scrappy, comfortable working with data to make decisions and experiment at speed. • Be high-agency, seeing opportunity and building without waiting for permission. • Have strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and adjust strategies. • Have excellent project management skills managing multiple projects simultaneously. • Be a great collaborator and strong communicator able to hold your own in rooms with founders, executives, and venture partners.

• Have experience marketing to developer communities or running technical content programmes. • Have existing relationships within the venture and startup ecosystem in your region. • Have worked in both high-growth startups and large-scale enterprise organisations.

• Build the strategy and execute key Field programmes identifying key industry events and conferences to drive qualified leads and pipeline. • Own the strategy and execution of hosted, sponsored, and partner events that engage founders, technical decision-makers, and practitioners. • Build and nurture relationships across the global startup and VC community positioning Vercel as the infrastructure of choice. • Architect full-funnel full-stack ABM programmes targeting high-value accounts partnering with Sales to drive meetings, pipeline, and revenue. • Design creative data-informed tactics that move buyers from awareness to decision faster. • Use data to continuously test, measure, and refine programmes building pipeline and influencing and accelerating revenue. • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, Developer Experience, and other marketing teams. • Travel approximately 30% to support field marketing activities globally.
