• Serve as the operational backbone of VRChat's People function, acting as a trusted day-to-day partner for managers and a coach for team members across the full employee lifecycle at a 100% remote, globally distributed company.
• Own core People Operations end-to-end: onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, compliance documentation, and HR systems, building and maintaining the infrastructure that keeps everything running cleanly.
• Own the operational layer of performance cycles, employee engagement surveys, and People analytics — producing insight-led summaries that drive measurable change from employee feedback.
• Partner with the Head of People on employee relations, leading standard situations including performance concerns, interpersonal friction, and manager-team dynamics.

📋 Job Requirements
• Bring 5–7 years of progressive HR experience in a generalist, HRBP, or hybrid HRBP/People Ops role.
• Bring sound judgement in employment law and employee relations fundamentals.
• Bring strong analytical skills with fluency in spreadsheets and reporting tools, and a strong written communication style comfortable building documentation that scales.
• Bring hands-on, day-to-day experience using AI tools in HR work.
• Bring experience supporting globally distributed teams across multiple employment models and regions.
