Lead Product Analyst

• Join the LATAM MEA expansion product team to help drive data-driven decisions that support building and scaling Wise products across markets. • Partner with Product Managers and Analysts to develop KPIs for expansion markets and monitor the impact of new product features. • Serve as the primary analytical point of contact for product launches within the team. • Construct and maintain valuable data assets to aid the team in diagnosing issues and understanding product impacts.

• Have at least 6 years of experience. • Have a strong analytical mind and product intuition centred around the banking and financial industry. • Have a technical skill set in Python, advanced SQL, and BI tools. • Have experience working with technical teams including PMs, engineers, and analysts. • Have relevant experience in a data-driven and complex environment with limited guidance. • Have understanding of events data tools such as Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Amplitude, or similar. • Have strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate data into compelling narratives. • Have a hustler mentality and be able to take work beyond analysis and get things done.

• Have experience in the fintech domain. • Have knowledge of utilities like Airflow, GitHub, or dbt. • Have experience with user-facing products and data.

• Partner with Product Managers and other Analysts to develop KPIs for expansion markets and monitor the impact of new product features. • Identify and action opportunities to enhance key performance indicators. • Develop and own strategies to continuously improve team metrics. • Serve as the primary analytical point of contact for product launches. • Conduct analysis including forecasting, discovery analysis, and experimentation to support new product rollouts. • Influence product decisions with robust and actionable data insights. • Build and present compelling data-driven arguments to establish conviction and support within the team. • Construct and maintain valuable data assets to aid the team in diagnosing issues and understanding product impacts. • Ensure data assets are accessible and effectively utilised by the team to enhance product and customer insights.
