About the role

💼 What you will do

• Spearhead digital acquisition efforts in the UK as a high-energy, agile Growth Marketing Manager. • Engineer a scalable inbound lead engine for a high-growth scale-up environment. • Own the technical traffic levers while the Demand Generation team focuses on integrated campaign strategy and field events. • Ensure every pound spent on digital acquisition is optimized for the highest possible ROI.

📋 Job Requirements

• Have 4–6 years of experience in Growth or Performance Marketing at an agency or in-house function working on campaigns targeting SMBs. • Have hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and experimentation tools such as Optimizely or VWO. • Demonstrate analytical rigor by finding the "why" behind the data, not just reporting it. • Have the ability to write compelling, commercially-focused copy to hook prospects and brief creative teams to elevate ad assets. • Have deep understanding of the UK SME and Enterprise landscape. • Be a first-principles thinker and systems builder, not just a task executor. • Be energised by the future of AI-driven marketing.

🌟 Nice-to-have

• Have experience in SaaS, Workforce Management, Fintech, or HRTech. • Have SQL knowledge or advanced BI dashboarding experience with Tableau or Looker. • Have strong working knowledge of martech platforms like Marketo and Salesforce.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Own and scale the UK inbound acquisition engine by building always-on programs across brand, demand gen, bottom of funnel, and expansion campaigns. • Lead hands-on execution across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other social platforms, optimising search, demand gen, and media ecosystems. • Deploy AI agents and sophisticated automation into campaign workflows across bidding, budgets, creative testing, and audience optimisation. • Engineer tracking and attribution infrastructure, owning lead source, conversion tracking, and attribution accuracy. • Drive experimentation at speed by running structured testing across creative, landing environments, and channel mix. • Build relationships with media owners and platforms and negotiate access to additional value, ad credits, and Beta products. • Build a future-focused Growth function by integrating platforms, streamlining workflows, and building scalable acquisition infrastructure. • Partner cross-functionally with Design, Content, Sales, and RevOps to improve lead quality, funnel performance, and revenue outcomes.
