• Proven track record of closing enterprise SaaS sales to executives over multiple years. • Consistent performance hitting pipeline generation targets for net new business. • Experience successfully managing complex sales cycles of six months or more. • A clear, structured sales methodology that demonstrates value to customers.

• Experience selling to technical audiences such as Engineering, Product, or Design teams at a strategic level. • Ability to thrive and deliver results in a fast-changing environment. • Certification in deal qualification and prospect discovery frameworks.

• Build and manage a pipeline of Enterprise accounts to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. • Apply value-selling techniques to strengthen relationships with key decision-makers in new and existing accounts. • Create strategic account plans through thorough analysis, multi-threading at the executive level to unlock expansion opportunities. • Tier accounts and apply proactive techniques to manage and protect your book of business. • Partner with cross-functional teams to position Figma effectively and drive deals to close. • Represent Figma at in-person meetings and networking events to advance executive relationships.
