Account Executive, SMB

• Join a high-performing SMB sales team focused 100% on new customer acquisition. • Work in a primarily outbound role, prospecting and building a strong pipeline across EMEA. • Collaborate closely with Support, Design, Engineering, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Community teams. • Report directly to the SMB Sales Manager, based in London. • Thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative, and agile environment where best practices are shared openly.

• SDR or BDR experience in a pure outbound sales function. • AE closing experience with a proven track record of hitting targets. • Strong written prospecting skills and confident verbal communication. • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Outreach, and Sales Navigator. • Competitive, adaptable, ambitious, collaborative, and curious mindset.

• A genuine passion for design and familiarity with design tools or workflows.

• Focus entirely on new customer acquisition through outbound prospecting across EMEA accounts. • Build and maintain a strong, healthy pipeline to consistently exceed sales targets. • Manage the full 360 deal cycle from first contact through to close. • Own sales activity tracking and monthly revenue forecasting in Salesforce. • Develop and share best practices across the team in a collaboration-first environment.
