About the role

💼 What you will do

• Join and help expand the design team as a Graphic Designer, thriving in a cross-functional team and collaborating with the design and growth marketing teams to design digital content that expands and strengthens the brand. • Play a key role in shaping how the brand is experienced across digital channels, from engaging infographics and blog visuals to social media assets and campaign materials. • Bring creativity, consistency, and strategic thinking to every design challenge, helping tell Hurree's story in ways that connect, inspire, and convert. • Work closely with the Growth Marketing team to design infographics, blog illustrations, social media assets, email graphics, and other digital content that make complex ideas simple, engaging, and on-brand.

📋 Job Requirements

• Bring 2+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally within a tech or digital-first environment. • Show a strong portfolio of marketing-related design work, such as infographics, campaign visuals, and social content. • Be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or Figma. • Bring experience with Framer or similar web creation software. • Understand visual storytelling, composition, and typography. • Have experience creating designs optimised for web and social platforms. • Be comfortable interpreting briefs and collaborating with marketing teams.

• Have prior work in fast-paced startups or early-stage product environments. • Bring motion design or basic animation skills (After Effects or similar). • Have experience with data visualisation. • Bring an understanding of SEO and digital marketing fundamentals.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Growth Marketing team to design visual assets for campaigns, including infographics, blog post graphics, and downloadable content such as guides, reports, and whitepapers. • Design social media visuals, digital ads, email campaigns, presentation decks, and event collateral. • Translate complex data and insights into visually compelling storytelling. • Ensure all creative output aligns with the brand identity and design guidelines. • Maintain and evolve the visual language across digital channels. • Manage multiple design requests with efficiency and attention to detail. • Stay current with design and marketing trends to continuously elevate content.
