💼 What you will do
• Join and help expand the design team as an experienced UI/UX Designer, thriving in a cross-functional team and collaborating with the product team to design user interfaces. • Contribute to the end-to-end delivery of Hurree's product, from discovery through to implementation. • Design for an agentic AI product, helping define what human-AI collaboration should feel like. • Champion the user, making sure every visual detail reflects the seamless intelligence and functional excellence of the product.
📋 Job Requirements
• Bring 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design, ideally for SaaS or complex tech products. • Show a strong portfolio of intuitive, user-centred design, with experience creating user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes. • Be skilled in design tools such as Figma and other prototyping tools, along with modern design systems. • Bring a strong understanding of interaction design, visual hierarchy, and information architecture. • Be comfortable with user research, usability testing, and iterative design. • Communicate clearly, presenting design rationale to technical and non-technical audiences. • Bring natural curiosity about data-driven applications, visualisation tools, and human-AI interaction, autonomy, and ethical design. • Have experience designing for AI-driven or data-rich interfaces, such as agentic systems, chat interfaces, dashboards, or assistants.
🌟 Nice-to-have
• Have prior work in fast-paced startups or early-stage product environments. • Bring familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/React) for better design–dev collaboration. • Have experience with motion design or microinteractions to bring AI interactions to life. • Bring experience in AI design and explainability.
🎯 Responsibilities
• Design end-to-end user experiences for Hurree's agentic AI product, from early discovery and research through to polished interfaces. • Collaborate with a cross-functional team to translate technical capabilities into meaningful user journeys. • Prototype and test interactions that make the platform's AI behaviours transparent and visually aesthetic. • Establish and evolve the design system to ensure consistency, accessibility, and scalability. • Champion the user across every visual detail of the product. • Contribute to the product vision, helping define what human-AI collaboration should feel like.
