About the role

💼 What you will do

• Shape the next phase of Omnea's product, turning complex, high-stakes enterprise workflows into experiences that feel clear, intuitive, and genuinely good to use. • Join at a pivotal moment with real ownership, close customer exposure, and the chance to raise the design bar as the company scales the category of AI Supplier Relationship Management. • Work on a product at the intersection of finance, legal, security, and operations, where good design has real commercial impact. • Design isn't a service function at Omnea — UX is central to how the company competes and wins in the market.

📋 Job Requirements

• Enjoy being close to the problem — speaking to customers, pressure-testing ideas, and iterating quickly based on real feedback. • Prefer designing new product surfaces rather than reworking mature features. • Thrive in high-growth environments where things move fast, priorities evolve, and design plays a meaningful role in shaping what gets built. • Navigate ambiguity comfortably, helping bring clarity whether that's shaping a fuzzy problem, aligning stakeholders, or making a strong design call. • Care deeply about craft but be pragmatic about shipping — knowing when to push for polish and when momentum matters more. • Work end-to-end on product areas from early problem definition through to high-quality shipped work.

🌟 Nice-to-have

• Bring experience designing for complex enterprise workflows involving multiple personas, approvals, and organisational risk. • Have experience contributing to or building design systems and pattern libraries in a fast-scaling product. • Demonstrate a background in B2B SaaS, fintech, or procurement/operations tooling.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Spend meaningful time talking directly to customers — procurement leaders, finance teams, and security stakeholders — at companies like Spotify, MongoDB, Monzo, and Albertsons. • Work end-to-end on product areas from early problem definition through to high-quality shipped work, often starting from a blank page. • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering, with very little hand-off and design having a real seat at the table. • Design for complex, high-stakes workflows involving multiple personas, approvals, and real organisational risk, making them feel clear, intuitive, and usable. • Help shape patterns and systems as the company scales, contributing to a design language that's still being actively defined.

🚀 Why Join - Our Take

Omnea is one of the most exciting B2B SaaS companies in Europe right now. In just three years since its founding, it has raised over $75 million from world-class investors, grown revenue 5x in the past year alone, and more than tripled its headcount to 160+ people across London and New York. The company is now the 4th fastest-growing startup in Europe and has 10x'd ARR to double-digit millions in 18 months. What stands out on Glassdoor (4.8/5 from 17 reviews, 100% recommend) is how consistently employees praise the talent density, the pace of learning, and the calibre of colleagues. People describe working alongside ex-founders, former operators from Google, Meta, TikTok, McKinsey, Morgan Stanley, and top startups like Tessian, Pigment, and Pleo. Omnea's careers page states they interviewed more than 10,000 people for their first 50 hires, and the hiring bar remains exceptionally high. The company works in person three days a week (Tuesday to Thursday) in London and New York, which is not for everyone, but reflects their belief that early-stage collaboration benefits from face-to-face time. Equity is structured so every employee has a meaningful stake, and the Senior Software Engineer listing shows salary ranges of £80K–£120K with £25K–£50K in equity. The main thing to be aware of is that this is a genuinely fast-paced environment: multiple Glassdoor reviews note that this is not a 9-to-5, though they add that working alongside exceptional people on a mission that matters makes it worth it. If you want to be part of a category-defining company at one of the most exciting stages of its growth, surrounded by some of the strongest talent in European tech, Omnea is hard to beat.

😃 What Omnea offers

• Join one of Europe's fastest-growing startups — 4th fastest growing in Europe and Sunday Times' #1 Best Medium Sized Tech Company to Work For. • Receive competitive geo-localised benefits. • Work alongside a team that previously scaled Tessian from $0–30M ARR and $8–$500M valuation. • Have real ownership and close customer exposure in a role where design directly impacts commercial outcomes.

💖 What makes Omnea unique
