💼 What you will do

• Join the Design Team working with DevRel, Success, and Enterprise to shape visual storytelling across a variety of mediums. • Bring ideas to life with compelling visuals that engage the developer community and amplify the brand at conferences, events, swag, and beyond. • Lead, propose, and execute projects across various formats — from polished presentations to impactful print designs. • Ensure a cohesive and powerful brand presence across all touchpoints in an async, fast-paced environment. • Build developer tools that scale to millions as part of a fully remote, globally distributed team.

📋 Job Requirements

• Demonstrate strong proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), and presentation software. • Design comfortably across digital, print, and video formats with knowledge of print specifications. • Communicate clearly across both technical and non-technical audiences. • Bring experience working in async or globally distributed teams. • Navigate ambiguity, move quickly, and proactively bring new ideas to the table. • Balance iteration and scale, focusing on high-impact incremental improvements and welcoming collaborative feedback.

• Bring experience with creative storytelling and building an impactful, memorable brand presence specifically for a developer audience. • Have a background working with DevRel, marketing, or event teams in a tech or open-source company. • Show familiarity with video content creation and YouTube asset design.

• Shape visual storytelling across decks, printed materials, YouTube content, and conference assets. • Collaborate with Marketing, DevRel, Success, Enterprise, and Event teams to bring creative ideas to life. • Craft cohesive and engaging visual narratives for presentations, digital assets, and physical materials. • Maintain strict brand consistency, ensuring all materials adhere to Supabase's visual identity and messaging. • Execute end-to-end design projects across multiple channels including print, video, and social media. • Set high standards for design quality, meticulous attention to detail, and visual communication that resonates with the community.
