About the role

💼 What you will do

• Proactively identify, qualify, and close a sales pipeline within an assigned enterprise territory, focusing entirely on new customer acquisition and revenue growth. • Strategically prospect into CTOs, Engineering and IT Leaders, and technical end users. • Build strong relationships with enterprise clients, resulting in growth opportunities and expanded deal sizes. • Partner with Solution Architects and Professional Services teams to achieve customer satisfaction. • Work closely with enterprise ecosystem and channel partners to maximise deal sizes.

📋 Job Requirements

• Have 4+ years of quota-carrying field sales experience in a fast-paced and competitive market. • Have demonstrated ability to grow accounts and run complex sales processes with Enterprise clients. • Have a proven track record of overachievement and consistently hitting sales targets. • Be able to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology clearly. • Be skilled at building business champions within large organisations. • Be driven and competitive with a strong desire to succeed. • Be based in London for the hybrid working model.

• Have previous sales methodology training such as MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger Sales. • Have familiarity with databases, developer tooling, or open source technology. • Be passionate about growing a career in the database software market.

• Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through to close within your assigned territory. • Prospect strategically into technical and business leaders at enterprise organisations. • Build and maintain strong customer relationships that generate growth opportunities. • Collaborate with Solution Architects on technical aspects of the sales process. • Partner with Professional Services on post-sale customer satisfaction. • Participate in sales enablement training including Sales Bootcamp and leadership development programmes.
