About the role

💼 What you will do

• Join Revolut's Expansions team, managing financial institution services and banking partnerships in high-priority regions including Latin America, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. • Procure financial services in expansion markets ahead of local licensing, and identify and onboard new banking relationships in priority regions. • Lead RFP processes for cash and custody to evaluate and select banking partners meeting Revolut's standards and commercial expectations. • Own high-impact commercial relationships across multiple expansion markets, acting with full autonomy and accountability. • Fully remote role based in the UK (or Poland, Portugal, or Spain).

📋 Job Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in network management, financial institutions relationship management, or treasury financial partnerships. • Expertise in procuring banking services from financial institutions, with a solid understanding of the correspondent banking or transaction banking landscape from the buy side. • Proven experience with RFP cash processes. • Sharp negotiation skills and commercial instincts to question expensive proposals and drive optimal pricing outcomes. • Great project management skills to manage cross-functional workstreams with speed and structure. • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to represent Revolut externally and influence internally. • Fluency in English.

• Experience with custody RFPs. • Fluency in additional languages relevant to expansion markets.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Procure financial services in expansion markets ahead of local licensing or infrastructure operations. • Identify and onboard new banking relationships in priority expansion regions. • Lead RFP processes for cash and custody to evaluate and select banking partners. • Apply sharp negotiation skills and deep market pricing knowledge to challenge and drive down proposals. • Own high-impact commercial relationships across Latin America, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and other expansion markets. • Collaborate closely with Treasury, Expansions, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to structure and integrate new banking relationships. • Conduct deep dives into complex market problems, identify root causes, and design solutions that improve financial infrastructure. • Build market intelligence on pricing structures and banking ecosystems across expansion geographies.
