About the role

💼 What you will do

• Own a curated book of named Major Accounts across key EMEA markets, driving net-new revenue and platform expansion. • Work alongside Solutions Engineers, Partner Managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to bring Vercel into the most digitally ambitious companies in the region. • Translate Vercel's platform into board-level narratives around developer velocity, infrastructure consolidation, and AI-driven transformation. • Build multi-year strategic relationships with C-suite, engineering, product, procurement, and legal stakeholders. • Operate from Vercel's London office with in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday.

📋 Job Requirements

• 5–10+ years in enterprise SaaS with a proven track record of closing six and seven-figure deals in major or strategic accounts. • Experience in partner-influenced or co-sell motions — able to activate hyperscaler or SI/ISV relationships to open doors and accelerate deals. • Comfortable discussing architecture with a CTO and total cost of ownership with a CFO. • Fluent in MEDDPICC with rigorous CRM discipline and forecast hygiene. • Able to hold technically grounded conversations with senior engineering and product leadership independently. • A disciplined account planner who builds executive relationships from scratch and sequences complex accounts to maximise long-term revenue. • Fluent in English; additional language skills relevant to your territory are a plus.

• Background in web development, developer tooling, web infrastructure, cloud platforms, or AI/ML. • Existing relationships at AWS, GCP, Azure, or major SI/ISV players active in the UK and Northern Europe. • Experience navigating ELAs, global framework agreements, or enterprise procurement in regulated industries. • Prior sales experience in media, retail, financial services, or digital-native companies — key verticals for Vercel in the UK.

• Build and execute multi-year account plans across named Major Accounts, with hyperscalers, SIs, and agency partners embedded in the strategy from day one. • Drive net-new revenue through outbound ownership, rigorous discovery, executive alignment, and multi-threaded deal execution. • Own complex commercial negotiations and position Vercel as a long-term strategic infrastructure partner. • Develop board-level narratives that frame Vercel's platform as a measurable operational lever for developer velocity and AI-driven transformation.
