💼 What you will do

• Drive adoption of Anthropic's AI productivity API and SaaS solutions within manufacturing organisations across EMEA, owning the full sales cycle from first outbound through to close. • Design and execute innovative sales strategies tailored to manufacturing procurement cycles and budgeting processes to meet and exceed revenue quotas. • Spearhead market expansion by identifying new use cases within production teams, engineering departments, and operations centres. • Navigate complex manufacturing stakeholder ecosystems — executives, administrators, IT departments, and procurement offices — to build consensus and secure strategic deals. • Inform Anthropic's product roadmap by gathering feedback from manufacturing users and conveying market needs.

📋 Job Requirements

• Have 8+ years of B2B sales experience in SaaS, API solutions, or emerging technologies. • Have a track record of managing complex sales cycles within manufacturing organisations and securing strategic deals. • Have demonstrated ability to navigate manufacturing organisational structures and procurement processes, building consensus among diverse stakeholders. • Have extensive experience negotiating complex agreements within manufacturing procurement frameworks. • Have proven experience exceeding revenue targets by effectively managing an evolving pipeline and sales process. • Have a deep understanding of manufacturing buying cycles, decision-making processes, and key pain points. • Have excellent communication skills with the ability to present confidently to audiences from plant managers to senior executives.
