📋 Job Requirements
• Have 4+ years of experience in digital media sales minimum, ideally in a New Business or acquisition-focused role.

🎯 Responsibilities
• Own a portfolio of prospective accounts across the German market, proactively identifying, qualifying, and converting net-new advertisers through outbound prospecting.
• Execute multi-channel outreach including account research, persona mapping, personalised email sequences, and LinkedIn engagement, using mockups across audio, video, and display to drive adoption.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline with rigorous Salesforce hygiene, accurate forecasting, and consistent meeting cadence toward quarterly net-new revenue targets.
• Close deals and onboard new advertisers, ensuring strong activation on Spotify Ads Manager and biddable channels, then monitor account performance.
• Partner with lapsed or dormant accounts, build new top-of-funnel pipeline, and collaborate with Client Partners on smooth account transitions.
• Develop deep expertise in Spotify's ad products, formats, and buying channels, staying ahead of innovations and marketplace shifts.
• Build relationships with key agencies and holding companies in Germany to unlock new brand-direct and agency-led opportunities.
