• Drive sales and maximise revenue across a Mid-Market book of customers (500–5,000 FTEs). • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at both new and existing accounts. • Identify where Figma's roadmap and innovations fit within customers' long-term business strategy. • Deliver tailored solutions across Figma's full product suite to meet complex business needs. • Accelerate your career by working alongside top sellers and cross-functional partners at Figma.

📋 Job Requirements

• Proven track record of closing SaaS sales to executives over multiple years, with a book of customers under 5,000 FTEs. • Consistent performance hitting pipeline generation targets for net new business. • Experience successfully managing complex sales cycles of three to nine months. • A clear, structured sales methodology that demonstrates value to customers.

🌟 Nice-to-have

• Experience selling to technical audiences such as Engineering, Product, or Design teams at an executive level. • Ability to adapt and deliver results in a fast-changing environment. • Certification in deal qualification and prospect discovery frameworks.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of Mid-Market accounts from both inbound and outbound activity to meet or exceed sales targets. • Apply value-selling techniques to strengthen relationships with decision-makers across new and existing accounts. • Create account plans through thorough analysis, multi-threading at a senior level to unlock expansion opportunities. • Tier accounts and apply proactive techniques to manage and protect your book of business. • Partner with cross-functional teams to position Figma effectively and drive deals to close. • Represent Figma at in-person meetings and networking events to advance executive relationships.
