📋 Job Requirements

• Have 4 or more years of experience in a high-calibre environment such as banking, trading, consulting, a high-growth scale-up, or VC. • Be deeply ambitious and energised by targets rather than stressed by them. • Have gravitas and be able to hold a room with a CFO while still being the most personable person in the conversation. • Be technically curious and able to get under the hood of products and customer problems without needing a sales engineer on every call. • Be scrappy and entrepreneurial, thriving in ambiguity, moving fast, and not waiting for permission.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Own the full deal cycle from prospecting and discovery through stakeholder management and closing, owning the revenue target and territory. • Build pipeline from scratch through multi-channel outbound, strategic account targeting, and C-suite relationship building across mid-market and enterprise businesses. • Coordinate and host executive dinners, roundtables, and CFO leadership series to deepen relationships with senior buyers and accelerate deal cycles. • Experiment with messaging and outbound approaches to help create scalable sales playbooks feeding learnings back into the squad and wider commercial team. • Grow into commercial leadership by hitting targets and taking on increasing revenue responsibility.
