💼 What you will do

• Own an existing book of engaged, high-paying customers with huge expansion potential and drive multi-product adoption. • Be technical enough to solve real customer problems without relying on a sales engineer. • Maintain long-term relationships past the initial sale, selling new products as fast as they are built rather than handing off to customer success.

📋 Job Requirements

• Be able to go deep on understanding PostHog products including technical ones like Feature Flags and Data Warehouse. • Be commercially minded and excited about growing and retaining revenue. • Have strong customer focus and be able to remove blockers to customers using PostHog effectively. • Be good at handling relationships strategically, helping customers achieve their goals over time while expanding usage. • Have experience working with similar technologies such as developer tools, product analytics, session replay, feature flags, A/B testing, data warehouses, or data pipelines. • Have been the owner of several customers in the $20k to $100k+ ARR range previously.

• Have previous experience as an Account Executive who owned longer-term customer relationships. • Have previous experience as a sales engineer or product specialist looking to take more commercial ownership. • Have experience in a product-led or self-serve-first company. • Have experience advising on SDK implementation and configuration best practices across multiple products and applications.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Own an existing book of engaged, high-paying customers and drive expansion across multiple PostHog products. • Be the expert for customers, solving real problems without defaulting to asking someone else. • Read the signs of which inbound customers to focus on and stay laser-focused on those matching the ICP. • Own customer feedback and make sure it gets to the wider PostHog team by working directly with product teams. • Be hyper-responsive and feel like an extension of the customer existing team, communicating in Slack as much as possible. • Be an expert on all PostHog products so you can help customers see the value and adopt them. • Build white-glove one-to-one customer relationships rather than relying on automated email sequences.
