• Be technical enough to help customers and solve real problems without asking a sales engineer for help.
• Be great at reading the signs of which inbound customers to focus on and be laser focused on helping customers who match the ICP.
• Be good at maintaining long-term relationships past the initial sale, owning the relationship and selling new products.
• Be able to go deep on understanding PostHog's products including technical ones like Feature Flags and Data Warehouse.
• Be able to advise on configuration best practices to companies with multiple products and applications.
• Be commercially-minded and excited about growing and retaining revenue.
• Have a strong customer focus and help users remove any blockers to using PostHog effectively.
• Be good at handling relationships strategically, helping customers achieve their goals over time.
• Have experience working with similar technologies such as developer tools, product analytics, session replay, feature flags, A/B testing, data warehouses, or data pipelines.
• Have been the owner of several customers in the $20k-$100k+ ARR range previously.
