• Drive measurable agency growth by converting qualified opportunities into revenue and building client relationships that expand over time. • Take real ownership across the full commercial journey — not just closing deals, but influencing how Reboot pitches, positions itself, and grows existing clients. • Work closely with senior stakeholders internally and externally, shaping meaningful partnerships with brands and helping drive the next phase of agency growth.

📋 Job Requirements

• Demonstrate proven experience in a commercially focused, client-facing role (agency experience preferred). • Show a strong track record of contributing to or closing retained work. • Communicate confidently and build rapport quickly with senior stakeholders. • Be commercially aware with a natural instinct for identifying growth opportunities. • Lead conversations comfortably, present ideas, and influence decisions. • Be highly organised and proactive, managing multiple opportunities at once. • Have excellent communication and presentation skills.

🌟 Nice-to-have

• Bring experience closing enterprise-level accounts. • Have experience across SEO, Content, or Digital PR. • Demonstrate a track record of building a personal presence within the digital marketing industry.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end journey of qualified opportunities from discovery through to close. • Lead discovery calls, identifying client challenges and shaping tailored solutions. • Develop and present pitch strategies in collaboration with internal teams. • Guide prospects through the decision-making process with confidence and clarity. • Stay close to newly won clients post-sale as a consistent commercial contact, building strong relationships through regular check-ins, meetings, and in-person touchpoints. • Identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and account expansion. • Support and attend QBRs where appropriate, ensuring a strong commercial narrative. • Work closely with Heads of Department to ensure proposals are commercially strong and achievable. • Translate client needs into clear, strategic responses and scopes of work. • Represent Reboot in client meetings, events, and networking opportunities.
