About the role

💼 What you will do

🌟 Nice-to-have

• Experience in the FinTech, financial services, or SME banking sector. • Background in launching or hosting digital or online educational events. • Experience identifying and negotiating strategic partnerships with event organisers or SME networks.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Identify, secure attendance at, and actively prospect at a minimum of one high-potential external B2B event, expo, or networking session per week. • Approach business owners on the floor at trade shows and exhibitions to promote Tide's platform and close sales. • Guide prospects smoothly through the sign-up process on-site in collaboration with KYC and FinCrime teams. • Follow up aggressively on event-generated leads using CRM tools to maximise final conversion rates. • Co-host and manage logistics for internal events at Tide HQ. • Launch and host Tide Educational Online Events to scale reach beyond physical locations. • Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic growth partnerships with event organisers and SME networks. • Maintain 100% accurate pipeline tracking in Pipedrive and support the Team Lead in updating the Live Event Looker Dashboard. • Capture data and photography from every event to create post-event recaps showcasing wins.
