Sales Specialist, Invoice Finance

• Join Funding Options by Tide as an Invoice Finance Specialist, helping UK SMEs access the right finance through a panel of 80+ leading lender partners. • Take the time to understand each business's growth plans, challenges, and finance history, then match them to the best product and lender for their needs. • Build and nurture working relationships with commercial lending partners and develop deep knowledge of invoice finance products and the market. • Meet and ideally exceed sales targets, delivering a 5-star customer experience whether or not a customer is successful. • Hybrid role based in London (Liverpool Street office); remote working supported with WOO policy allowing up to 90 days abroad per year.

• Demonstrable track record of successfully meeting and exceeding revenue-based targets. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Results-oriented work ethic with impeccable attention to detail, determination, and drive. • Obsessive about delivering the highest level of customer service. • Extremely well organised, analytical, and able to work well under pressure. • Able to troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively. • Self-starter who works backwards from targets to ensure effective execution.

• Experience in invoice finance, asset finance, or commercial lending brokerage. • Familiarity with Salesforce for pipeline management and customer profiling. • Background working with UK SMEs or in the FinTech or financial services sector.

• Meet and exceed sales targets by contacting, engaging, and managing small business customers through their application process. • Build and nurture working relationships with commercial lending partners. • Develop knowledge of invoice finance and a wide variety of lenders and products in the market. • Articulate different finance options available to customers across multiple business finance product classes. • Maintain accurate, up-to-date prospect information in Salesforce. • Monitor and identify trends while adding new or enhanced customer profile information. • Keep up to date on industry trends, market developments, and competition. • Actively share stories and successes with the wider organisation.
