💼 What you will do

• Grow Viator's catalogue by acquiring new suppliers across your geographic region as a field sales representative, acting as a brand ambassador for one of the world's leading experiences marketplaces. • Own the full sales cycle end-to-end: lead generation, outreach, negotiation, closing, and onboarding of new suppliers. • Engage with destination marketing organisations and trade groups to win new customers, and consultatively position Viator's distribution platform and value proposition. • Travel 30–50% of the time to meet prospects, attend trade events, and participate in regional speaking engagements. • Work fully remotely from the UK.

📋 Job Requirements

• Bring 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably with an online company. • Bring fluency in both English and French. • Bring strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills with a proven record of contracting new business and regularly exceeding targets. • Bring territory and pipeline management experience using Salesforce or another CRM tool. • Bring a results-driven hunter mentality with the ability to deliver on initiatives without constant supervision in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Bring experience in the travel industry, particularly with tours, activities, or attractions. • Bring demonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve efficiency, quality, and decision-making in day-to-day work. • Bring an established network within destination marketing organisations or travel trade groups.

• Facilitate negotiation of terms including rates and margins to close new supplier business across your territory. • Manage a designated pipeline and make outbound calls, modifying customer engagement to overcome objections and identify solutions to roadblocks. • Engage with destination marketing organisations and trade groups to win customers and build brand presence in the region. • Collaborate with sales operations, supplier support, and account management teams to ensure a smooth and efficient sales cycle. • Travel as needed to meet prospects, attend trade events, participate in regional speaking engagements, and join internal team meetings.
