💼 What you will do

• Own the health and quality of Viator's product offering across your assigned geographical territory, with deep understanding of key trends, opportunities, and challenges within your destination. • Curate and maintain a best-in-class product offering, strategically acquiring new inventory to address product gaps and highlight innovative experiences. • Negotiate favourable commercial terms with operators, monitor key metrics, and take necessary actions to maintain and grow competitive advantage in your territory. • Establish yourself and Viator as valued members of the operator community within your designated destination. • Work in a remote-friendly hybrid model from London, collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders globally.

📋 Job Requirements

• Bring 3–5 years of experience in B2B account management or sales. • Bring fluency in both English and French. • Bring a demonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve efficiency, quality, and decision-making in day-to-day work. • Bring a proven ability to operate effectively with a global-first mindset across international teams and markets. • Bring strong data analysis abilities and a clear, impactful communication style in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

• Bring experience in online travel agencies, tour operations, or the broader travel industry. • Bring an established network within the experiences, activities, or tours and attractions operator community. • Bring familiarity with the travel landscape and consumer demand patterns across key destinations.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Curate and maintain a best-in-class product offering for assigned destinations, ensuring consistent availability and quality of key products. • Strategically acquire new inventory to address product gaps and surface innovative offerings that match consumer demand in terms of variety, pricing, and availability. • Negotiate favourable commercial terms and monitor destination-level KPIs, taking corrective action where needed. • Build and strengthen assigned destinations to enhance product selection, increase brand awareness, and grow Viator's positioning within each market. • Drive continuous improvement by aligning product offerings with customer preferences and feeding insights back to internal stakeholders.
