About the role

💼 What you will do

• One of Webflow's first Sales hires in the UK and an inaugural member of the London office — a rare opportunity to shape the EMEA go-to-market strategy from the ground up. • Drive the full B2B SaaS sales cycle in the UK and Ireland, from outbound prospecting through to close. • Work cross-functionally with Solutions Engineers, Sales Development, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to deliver a consultative, value-driven experience. • Generate momentum in the EMEA partner ecosystem, crucial to both pre-sales and post-sales customer success. • London-based hybrid role with 3 days per week in office.

📋 Job Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing and closing full-cycle B2B SaaS sales, preferably in a high-growth or startup setting. • Skilled in working lead queues, outbound prospecting, and pipeline generation. • Strong ability to lead complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders with varying priorities and technical backgrounds. • Experience working with a robust partner ecosystem and navigating partner-sourced, partner-influenced, and reseller deals. • BS/BA degree or equivalent relevant experience. • Valid right to work in the UK.

• Deep cross-functional experience working with Product, Engineering, Support, and Marketing teams. • Familiarity with AI and emerging technologies, with a proactive approach to applying new tools to accelerate outcomes. • Prior experience in a founder or early-hire capacity at a scaling SaaS company entering new markets.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Engage deeply with potential customers to uncover pain points, assess needs, and help refine Webflow's ideal customer profile in the UK and Ireland. • Create and drive outbound opportunities through strategic account planning, compelling points of view, and collaboration with Sales Development and Marketing. • Clearly articulate and champion Webflow's vision, value proposition, and product differentiation, tailoring messaging to EMEA audiences. • Work with internal teams to drive a value-driven sales process and ensure a seamless customer experience. • Generate momentum in the EMEA partner ecosystem for pre-sales and post-sales success. • Maintain clear, consistent communication with multiple stakeholders to drive momentum and reduce friction during the sales cycle. • Share field feedback, help define best practices, and contribute to the culture and foundation of Webflow's EMEA team.
