• Combine strategic sales thinking with a deep understanding of user behaviour to expand adoption and drive educational outcomes.
• Hybrid role based in London, with the ability to commute to the office one to two times a week.
📋 Job Requirements
• Experience with the Higher Education market and the ability to communicate with Instructional Technology Specialists and professors.
• Fluent in German, able to confidently engage and build relationships with university stakeholders across the DACH region; English fluency also essential.
• Comfortable selling education software solutions combined with real-world teaching and instructional technology design to drive MAU growth.
• Deep understanding of how institutions roll out new student technology and how university-wide deployments operate.
• Strong business planning skills — able to move from planning through to implementation and deliver high-impact projects.
• Excellent collaboration skills, both within a direct team and across cross-functional teams.
• Effective communicator who can make complex ideas simple and tell a compelling story to customers and internal teams.
