• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities, engaging regularly with senior leaders and executive decision-makers across large NHS organisations.
• Identify and convert expansion opportunities within existing accounts, helping organisations realise greater value from Patchwork's products.
• Represent Patchwork at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build relationships and raise awareness of the product.
• Work closely with Marketing, Product, Client Operations, and the wider Revenue team to deliver a seamless customer experience.
📋 Job Requirements
• Bring proven experience generating new business in a SaaS environment, ideally selling into NHS, healthcare, or HealthTech organisations.
• Bring demonstrable experience selling complex solutions to senior decision-makers including C-suite stakeholders at enterprise level.
• Bring a track record of carrying a sales quota of £600,000+ and closing deals with an average contract value of £150,000+.
• Bring experience managing both new business and account growth, with a track record of identifying and converting cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
• Bring experience with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, SPICED, Challenger, or similar frameworks, and CRM platforms such as HubSpot.
