• Scale the commercial ecosystem for robotaxi deployments in London and Tokyo at the intersection of autonomy, mobility platforms, and automotive OEMs. • Lead day-to-day commercial execution of Wayve robotaxi partnerships working closely with ride-hailing platforms, OEM partners, and cross-functional internal teams. • Combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution across product readiness, operational launch, and commercial scaling.

• Have a strong ownership mindset with a proven track record of driving initiatives from strategy through execution with measurable commercial or operational impact. • Be commercially rigorous and action-oriented with experience managing complex external partnerships with accountability for outcomes. • Have demonstrated ability to operate in fast-moving ambiguous environments bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to evolving situations. • Be a credible cross-functional leader able to align engineering, product, operations, safety, and policy teams around shared objectives. • Have experience managing performance, risk, and competing priorities using data and structured thinking to proactively resolve issues. • Balance long-term scaling vision with near-term delivery discipline particularly in complex or regulated environments.

• Have 6 or more years in strategic partnerships, mobility, autonomy, AI, or technology platforms. • Have experience in regulated industries or operational market launches. • Have a strong understanding of the Japanese market and local business culture for Tokyo-focused work.
